I mentioned to you about a charity concert that I am co-organizing. Can you check with your dance group and any other performance groups you know, and see if they would be interested in joining the concert? The event will be on the afternoon of Sunday June 29, held in the Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island, with BBQ, silent auction and a FREE CONCERT. We are looking for musicians and performance groups that are willing to perform for free, in exchange for audience exposure. We expect to have up to 400 people attending so it will be an exciting occasion! I would love for the concert to be multi-cultural, so your dance group will be a great addition. Please let me know soon if it will work!
On another note, if you can help us get any auction items (including “experience” items and gift certificates from stores/restaurants/services), we will really appreciate that as well. It’s all for a great cause and donors also get exposure for their businesses.
